There were dark stains on the carpets of the house we purchased a few years ago, and we've added to it with a new puppy and various spills since then. We thought we might have to replace them since they're light in color, but Jay did an amazing job getting rid of all of the stains and spots. Also, there was no smell at all from the products he used. Jay was very friendly and efficient, and I will definitely use Custom Floor Care again in the future.

He's completed many jobs for us, and every one is consistently well done, with a great experience all around. He's very fast. Fast to respond and schedule. Their carpets are also ready to walk on in a very short time. They do great work, and he personally ensures top quality. He cares. Highly recommended.
