Pretty big store but waiting 20 minutes for socks!? Another 20 minutes for Velcro tape. Several people waiting in the socks area and when the girl fiiiiiiinally shows up, she's got an attitude that screams "why you bothering me!?". Sorry babe, there's a line of folks been waiting on you. My family asks why I usually shop elsewhere. THIS is why. So many employees and none can help. UGH!!

i repeat do not buy computers or insurance to computer from here, i called to get a replacement for the keyboard u know what they told me, they will give u a phone number for them to come to my home and give it to me in person, thats soooo scam, do not fall for it. my grandma she didn't know and she called the number for allstate insurance and they came to ger home and empty out her home for no reason they r liars do not fall for it

Dear Walmart, I wanted to reach out to express my frustration regarding my recent experiences with customer service at your facility. I've been attempting to reach various departments in the morning, but unfortunately, my calls go unanswered. It's been quite challenging as I've been calling continuously without any response. Additionally, I noticed that when I visit in person, some customers seem to be avoiding interactions, which is concerning. I also observed some unprofessional behavior, particularly from a manager, who seemed to be more focused on personal interactions with a coworker rather than attending to customer needs. I believe that addressing these issues could significantly enhance the service experience for many customers. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. Best regards,
