“I LOVE PCAH Bixby Knolls. Even though PCAH is budget-friendly, the care I receive from the receptionists, veterinary technicians, and doctors are out of this world. When my friends bring a new family member home, I tell them to go straight to PCAH Bixby Knolls because they have the best care in the area. What I love about this place is the no hidden costs! The doctor makes an estimate for you to let you know what the cost of each procedure is going to be. If certain procedures aren't in your current budget, you can talk to the doctor about next steps. It's great knowing how much everything is going to cost before you have to blindly swipe your credit card. Shout out to Dr. Dani Gonzalez for the awesome care for Bonbon! “I went for a not so happy reason. This facility was so sympathetic to our needs.. Our xena is now in doggy heaven.. She was with us for 9 years.. Everyday meeting me at the office.. stealing lunches from trucks and table tops... She was like your personal security walking with you everywhere.. so when it became clear that her quality of life was not what it use to be ... Parkview staff was very emphatic... This very important for anyone who has to go through a process of letting go of their fur baby.. This is not just a business transaction/ service. I appreciate them very much. I have been to other pet hospitals and the look at it as regular business day and business transaction.. I love this place and I highly recommend them“

“We have been going to the Gentle Care Pet Clinic in Long Beach, CA, for many years. We are always grateful for the wonderful help from both Dr. Kim and Dr. Bang. They go beyond the extra mile to ensure our cats are well taken care of. They are both very gentle and Dr. Kim cured our last two cats of all the physical problems that they were having. His knowledge and love of animals is just amazing. We are forever grateful for these two wonderful veterinarians. “I would like to share my incredible experience at Cahuenga Veterinary. It is, by far, the most wonderful hospital I've ever brought my dear dachshund Lucy to. Lucy had to have a radical surgery to remove numerous mammary tumors. I was terrified for her to have this surgery until I met the amazing Dr Pedraza. He is the most kind and compassionate doctor that I've ever encountered, as well as being a master of complex surgeries. I am so grateful that I found him! Dr. Pedraza also finds time in his hectic schedule to take care of homeless animals in need of his brilliant skills. What an awesome human being he is! Delaney, his wonderful nurse, was so reassuring and gentle with my Lucy. She assured me that she would stay by Lucy's side throughout the surgery, and she did! I knew that Lucy was in the best care ever. I only briefly met Dr. Christian, the owner of this wonderful clinic, but he must be an awesome doctor to bring together all of these incredibly skilled and compassionate doctors and nurses. I must also include dear Mystic in reception. Even with the phones ringing constantly, she found time to be warm and gracious to me. I would give 100 5- stars if I could!!“

“Recently moved to Lakewood and found Lakewood pet vet was happy with how they take care of my goldendoodle and wheaten. Now we added a mini dachshund and met Dr. Ryan! He is absolutely amazing he knew right away that our new puppy had worms from the moment he saw him. He is very thorough and explains everything. “I truly didn't have high expectations, and considered this vet something like a VCA chain. I took my puppy in due to an exam needed and an issue with her dewclaw. Her vet has been in LA since I got her but it's too much of a drive I've done for small things she's needed, so this place was a great distance from me and I kept getting emails to try them from Petco so we gave them a chance. Making an appointment was super easy, all done online. We may have gotten super lucky, because the vet technician and the vet himself were awesome like 5 stars just for their service alone; I've seen some bad reviews and personally I don't like this Petco location at all. The self serve treats are covered in spiderwebs and half the staff has an issue 24/7, to name a few issues. This led me to not expect much from this hospital attached to them. Experiencing the care that our sweet vet technician and Dr. Collins provided, was refreshing and so rare in todays society. They made my girl feel so comfortable, and myself as well. I was so nervous as to what she needed upon discovering the injury to her dewclaw, as well as what the bill would look like. Due to privacy concerns and not wanting to possibly get anyone in trouble, all I can say is that they went above and beyond to help us. They showed us grace and I can't thank them enough for doing everything possible to help me with this visit. My girl left the vet completely unphased with a smile on her face and some antibiotics. I do want to and NEED to comment on the way Dr. Collins assessed everything I brought up. I went to another vet previous to this one and she completely disregarded my concern, which Dr. Collins emphasized and confirmed WAS/IS a real issue and prescribed a solution to! The other vet made me feel I was overreacting and Dr. Collins provided some relief by explaining what was happening to my dog and what was needed. This is a doctor I felt so comfortable leaving in control of my dogs health. I greatly appreciate this and look forward to bringing her back to see him again. If you need to see a vet and are concerned about care and cost, try giving Vetco a chance. A small, local, hospital that really cares about your pet and has professionals ready to help.“

“Just wanted to give a shout out to western Veterinary group for consistently doing well with my husky Laika . I have been taking her here for over 9 years and she always gets excited to visit. This past Friday I took her for vaccines , annual doctor check up and grooming. Summer heat can be intense for a husky so I really appreciated the doctor checking my senior dog for any potential issues. Also shout out to the staff groomer she did a really good job . I normally wash Laika but shedding season is difficult to control . She did such an amazing job, I could tell Laika was really grateful and happy to brush off her old coat. Lastly the office staff have been really patient and attentive . I was happy they were able to schedule Laika being that I'm terrible with returning calls to confirm. Over all good experience , Gracias !“

“I took my little dog Daisy to get her teeth pulled because she had severe dental issues, and I was worried because She is very old, but Dr. Michael Shenouda was impressive. He took the time to discuss everything with me in detail, and was kind and patient with my questions. And, he did a great job with my dog's mouth. First time I encountered this Dr, and I like him a lot. I stopped bringing my dogs here because I wasn't impressed with the other docs or the front desk service, but this time the front desk staff were also very helpful and kind. I think I will start bringing my dogs back here again“
