I only used them cause had no choice , they are contracted thru socal gas . 1dt time around lost full days of work no one bothered calling me to advice of not showing up. Again today lost hours of work cause no one showed up and no one decided to call me. Very poor customer service, please do yourself a favor don't nother with them. They'll make up all type of excuses to fix there mistakes. Will report them to socal gas hopefully termite there contract and the BBB

Omygosh. Where do I start? No. No. No. I had some work done on my wall furnace through the gas company and this is the sub-contractor they sent out. First, it took me two weeks to get someone on the phone to make an appointment with them to come out and do the job. Then it took them two months to schedule an inspection appt with the city, I know this because I verified if there were any prior requests for appointments or a stop in service appointments by the city due to COVID (Dec 2021) with the city and they said no. So this company just forgot. All the while there is a naked open wall in my living room. Now, three months later I'm still waiting for the signed city permit to be given to me by them because they didn't leave it on premises for the city inspector to sign after inspection. My third request to them in as many weeks. The furnace was making a whistling noise after they installed it and they did send someone out to fix it after a two reminders. If you do business with them you have to be on top of them. I do not recommend this company.
