I just have to say, I called to make an appointment last min on a Thursday got an appointment right away by Monday. I love that I get reminders and If they have earlier openings they will message you to see if you can come earlier. From the moment I called to make an appointment to my second visit they've made me feel like family and comfortable. I didn't feel judged and wasn't embarrassed. They are very welcoming from the front desk girls to the doctors.They accommodate you, they are fast, efficient.100% will recommend them

Scheduled a visit over the phone for a cleaning. Upon my arrival I had Xrays of my teeth taken immediately, The usual procedure. Dr. looked over my teeth and told me I needed a few crowns and a deep cleaning. Unfortunately my insurance does not cover more than one deep cleaning in a 24 month period, so I would have to pay 900 dollars out of my pocket for a deep cleaning procedure. South gate family dentistry made sure no to offer me the general cleaning that my insurance offers in an effort for me to pay for a more expensive procedure. I need a dentist that wants to help me out and make me feel comfortable. Not just toss me a 3k bill and ask "When should we start?".
