He explained that my roof was very flat and would need to be hot mopped which he doesn't do. He was very nice to share how a torch down, which other companies were trying to sell me , wouldn't last and only leak in a few years. He also told me to have my ac unit placed on a metal platform, when the new roof is done, as the wood one I have is not up to code. No one else who inspected my roof told me this. Not only was he honest, he was very knowledgeable too. I am sorry that he doesn't do hot mopping as I would have hired him in a flash“

“I requested a quote from Cesar of BD&E Roofing for a leak on the flat part of my roof. He came out the same day I contacted him. He is very considerate and kind. He met with my husband and told him how to patch the area. He also gave him some material to use and told him where to get more. He could have easily given us a quote for the job, but instead he was kind and forthright. He sent me step by step instructions for my husband to follow. He also explained water flow and how to tell exactly where the leak is occurring. I appreciate him so much for being a helping person.
