Our car was stalled on a Sunday evening and the whole family was stranded for an hour waiting on a tow from our car insurance company. As we waited the sun was about to set and I was concerned with where we were, in a questionable part of South LA and our car insurance company could not guarantee an ETA. So I decided to take the chance of looking for a tow company nearby and I'm so glad to have found Munoz Towing. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone. Came exactly as they estimated their ETA. Was thoughtful enough to see if there was any quick fix before loading the car. This guy Angel saved the day! Seriously had the worst experience with AAA (more on that later) and I luckily found this guy on YELP and I can't say enough how thankful I am to have found his services. As a 14 year AAA member, I've been accustomed to getting fast service. Yesterday was definitely not the case and after waiting 7 hours in the cold, dark, rain, I finally gave up, paid out of pocket, and called Angel. He showed up with his "wheel lift" tow truck and got my BMW up in no time. Angel was courteous on the phone and confident and reassuring in person. I saved his number just in case AAA fails me again.
