I've used LCS as my go to termite executioner for about 20 years. Their service has always been excellent and they will work with you as much as possible. Amelia is friendly and helpful in scheduling. She also can usually answer many of your FAQs and if she doesn't have a ready answer, she'll find out for you ASAP.

had a great experience with LCS Termite. We just bought a house and were looking for a termite company, so we Googled around our area and found this place. I called, and their customer service was very friendly and informative. They came and did a thorough inspection. Our termite situation was bad, but they gave me a reasonable quote.
Without wasting any time, I set up a date, and they started their work. Their team arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend this place ??. I am most comfortable speaking in Spanish, so it was good to know they are bilingual.

I recently purchased a home and when we were doing remodeling we found termites in the garage. LCS did the original inspection, but they were unable to go into the garage and do an inspection because the previous owners had a ton of boxes and furniture stored in there. When I found the termites, even though they were not liable, they came out within an hour and took care of it! It's rare these days to find companies who look out for clients.
