“My husband and I wanted insight on how to refresh the late 1990s kitchen of the new home we purchased, into something more modern and in line with our style and taste. I had a virtual consult with Shaun Crha, Wrensted Interiors, that allowed us to turn the kitchen into a “realistic version” (per our budget) dream space. We did not have a budget to fully overhaul the space, so Shaun recommended ways that we could elevate what was existing. During the consult he made suggestions to what colors would work well with the cherry red floors, provided inspiration pictures and website resources to assist in making paint and hardware selections. Everything was placed in a document for me to access at a later time. I made sure to have most of my talking points and questions ready ahead of time to maximize our time together. Needless to say, the inspiration picture Shaun provided and color suggestions did not disappoint! His guidance truly helped us transform the kitchen and we are ecstatic with the final result. They were cost conscious, professional, hard working and a delight to work with. When the city tried to throw up road blocks the went to battle for us. The few times (very few!) we had to push back a bit on some issues we were always met with a can do attitude and a determination to make our project happen. “Two names, Grace and Peter. They are both amazing. Went around the el monte area for remodel quotes and DDS had the best quote with all the options we like/wanted. Proceeded with the renovations which took a total of 6 months for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Peter the owner is a really nice and reasonable person. Grace who is also great, is the person at the front desk who assisted with all the floor plans. We of course ran into some hurdles as I expected with any renovation , however the service from Grace and Peter was top notch. There was a language barrier with the construction workers but we just called Grace to translate. There timed it would be tough when she wasn't available. I highly recommend them. We love our new house now. Thank you!!“
