I knew about the clinic from shopping at Northgate but I never thought about if it accepted my insurance or not, I was unable to get into the regular urgent care clinic that I usually go so I figured I would give it a try.
Thank god I was able to be seen the same day (My ear has been killing me) Now I’m on the road to recovery! (I’ll definitely be back) Not too soon though I hope LOL :)
Woke up with a swollen finger went in had the doctor look at it was prescribed ointment and given antibiotics for a trailing rash. Did take about 2 hours but they were faster than other urgent care facilities I’ve been to. The staff were extremely nice and professional.
The provider Dr. Lucy Paredes, was very nice and very helpful! As my first time here i am very impressed with this clinic. Got seen so fast and the Receptionist Jazmin R. She was very nice and friendly too helped with sign in process will come back again for my urgent care needs!
