Two words thank you!!!!! A so called tax preparer did my taxes completely wrong, so wrong I was going to pay a fortune! However Fernando explained to me in detail the mistake this person had done. More importantly assured me that the could help. Sure enough the fixed the problem. Very professional, someone you can depend on. Definitely doing my taxes here from now on. My entire family has been coming to this business for years and they have always more than deserved our business. They go above and beyond helping with taxes as well as giving information and answering any and all questions about our taxes. My last visit was very satisfying to say the least. Yes around tax time this establishment does get busy (that says something about their business) and the wait may be a bit longer than other places but compared to other businesses this establishment owns their business with the compassion and effort they put into developing a relationship with each person they meet. Sure you don't have to get to know the people you do business with but the fact that they treat their clients with the utmost respect proves that they deserve to have the clientele they have. Tax season is nearly upon us again and I certainly know where I will be going and who I am talking with. By the way Fernando is the man you want to see about having any questions and or concerns answered. Great place!!

Every year at tax time, I Visit Margarita Calderon, because she is one of the most helpful, and friendly women I ever encounter in L.A, (The capital of the rude customer service in America). Her son Fernando is following her good steps, and he prepares the taxes for my daughter Michelle. For the past 26 years, Margarita or her staff has prepare my personal and business taxes --and let me tell you-- that every time, I am pleased with the results. I can sleep comfortably thinking that I comply with the IRS Tax Laws, thanks to the experience Margarita and her son Fernando have as tax preparers.
