I was a little hesitant as this company was contracted to do my termite removal. I hired Eary Pest Control. When they arrived on time and did all the pre-removal inspection I was impressed by the professional demeanor of the staff and the quick tent application!!! I was there to watch and my questions were answered immediately by the technicians and the office staff. All payment was done through Eary and it was very affordable! When taking the tent down, it was just as quick and careful. I really recommended these guys!

UPDATE: AAA Fume called me back, including their techs, and explained to me what the reasoning behind their actions were. Apparently a secondary key (used to prevent break-ins) was stuck and he could not enter the house. He apologized and offered to fix the window. Additionally, he said he checked for residual gas and I'll take him for his word on this.Updating from 2 stars to 4 stars for the effort, prompt communication, and willingness to make it right.Recently went through Team Champion to have my house fumigated for termites. Team Champion used AAA Fume as a sub-contractor to do the fumigation. AAA Fume, when putting up the tent, weren't very open about the process. I understand they could be in a rush and wanted to get the job done, but did not walk me through any bit of the process or what to expect. I had to question them to get any sort of communication about the fumigation procedures. Note--as part of the process I left my house keys in their care.AAA Fume, when taking down the tenting 2 days later, damaged my bedroom window. I have them on video breaking into the house through the window--YES, INSTEAD OF USING THE KEYS. They took the screen off, pried open the glass pane, and hopped into the house and gained entry that way. Now my glass pane no longer sits in the track and needs to be repaired.Also, they certified re-entry for today. I have cameras set up within the house too (can't be too careful with all these stories of robberies during fumigation). Cameras did not show these guys using any device to actually measure air quality within the home. Not sure how they can certify re-entry without measuring for residual toxins.Avoid these guys, and sad to say, avoid Team Champion if they continue to use AAA Fume.

I have had a wonderful experience with AAA Fume. I have first done my own home and since done my parents home too. They are always courteous and professional. They have been nothing but outstanding when it comes to sending me the necessary paperwork beforehand all the way to making sure the gas gets shut off and turned back on immediately when they're done. When it comes to taking down the tent they have always been extra careful for my plants and roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be a returning customer whenever I need my house tented again. Termites can be a real problem if you don't address it immediately. Thanks AAA Fume.
