I was impressed with her results that I finally made an effort to get my own. I got a mani and pedi and the attention to cuticle detail is spot on. I’m not much of a picky client but they made an effort to make sure I got a great service. Although I chose a simple color, I appreciate the effort in trying to match what I desired. One of the girls even went out of her way to correct me because I was not giving the right name to the color I wanted. It shows their expertise. Plus, they are all super sweet and welcoming. “Ive been going to Lux, specifcally with Pearl and Vivian since they first openened and i will continue going back. I made an app with pearl for a scalp treatment, and she was very accommodating. Her customer service is second to none, and she worked with me and my difficult work schedule. Dont trust anyone else with my hair/scalp needs but pearl. The treatment was also very satisfying, since she showed me before and after pictures. Very knowledgeable, and she care very much about her clients. Will be going back for round 2 for sure. I also went with Vivian for a glow facial… and wow, i was impressed of how knowledgeable she was about skin care. I was so happy with the results that i gifted my mom the same facial treatment and she was glowing!! “Got the Bare Basics facial and chose to do the BioRePeel as one of the treatments that came with it. Overall place is nice, cute and cozy. Facial was pretty basic, hence the name. And that is no dis to Priscilla but I've received more treatments within a facial at a lesser rate. I really liked the peel. It's been a week since my facial and I can tell a difference in my skin. I wasn't expecting so much skin to peel off but I am all for it. It would have been nice to receive the after care instructions, pics and the product recommendations. She said she would send me all this but its been a week and I still haven't received anything.“
