$12 cuts, they get the job done. Obviously nothing great, but for that price I think they do just fine. They don't speak english very well though, so beware of that. The cuts though are fine and what you'd expect for $12.

My first impression coming here for the first time to take my nephew to get his haircut, was kinda ghetto in a plaza off of Garvey in El Monte but the stylist is excellent. Her name is Emi and she was very detailed and took such good care of my nephew. My nephew somehow grew his hair so long and we had an event that very same day and there was no way I was going to let him go out with that hair! So, we decided to go to his usual spot. It took Emi a good 30 mins to cut and shave most of his hair off. Poor thing, it took a while. Overall, I was really happy with the haircut and the customer service. It was also very affordable. I'm sure that's the reason my nephew goes back with his dad.
