They tend to have reasonable availability, most other companies I had to schedule weeks in advance to be put on the schedule. They do a thorough cleaning and will move items off counter to clean but best if area is decluttered so they can spend most of their time cleaning vs moving things. I tend to request Yolanda because she is familiar with my home and how I like it cleaned but all the ladies that have come to my house have done a great job.“

Cleaning services have gone up since I've used one, but that's not a mark against Tri Maids, that's just so you don't get sticker shock when you call them. I love the three people idea.
