TL:DR - great customer service, friendly, and welcoming!I was looking for someone to fill my co2 tank and I feel lucky to have found Gilmore Liquid Air. It's close to me and I didn't have to swap tanks-- I could get my own canister filled by them. I definitely feel like a valued customer and welcomed when chatting with the employees here. More importantly, i learned so much. I was greeted by two gentlemen, 1 older and 1 younger. The young one looks like he can bench a cow. If I was to guess, the older gentleman was named Tom because he looks like a Tom. I came on 2 separate occasions. Both times I was greeted and welcomed. The first time I came I brought a used co2 canister. I've already read some stuff about co2 but there's so many components involved i figured I'd just wing it and see how it would go. Both of the gentlemen spoke with me and answered all my questions. They didn't try to push to sell anything instead, they taught me some stuff and recommended to do some things. So in my case, I wanted to inject co2 into an aquarium to help grow my plants. This steel canister I brought is prone to rusting and heavy. so they just mentioned it and mentioned that they can fill this one OR get an aluminum one which is much lighter. More importantly I had an unusual fitting "CGA 580" and he mentioned that the normal fitting is the "CGA 320" so now I was in over my head. Instead of going home and doing a bunch of research, I just asked them what would they do? They recommended the easy route which was to buy a new one on Amazon-- which I did. Easier, more cost efficient, and saved me a bunch of timeMy second visit was to bring the aluminum tank and fill it with co2. During this visit again I was greeted so warmly-- it really reinforced the family business vibe. They informed me that they usually fill tanks in the morning. So I dropped off my tank and came back the next day. Tank filled and they educated me on how to use the tank, rest time, proper handling, etc. I think the most important piece of information I got was to use the tank upright-- I had no idea that co2 was put in as a liquid format! I'm really happy that I was to find Gilmore Liquid Air. I feel I can trust them in their service and pricing. I'm excited to go back when my co2 runs out. Woo hoo! I'm a fan. Go Gilmore Liquid Air! More- I guess people usually come here for welding stuff. So I'm an oddball for wanting co2 for a planted tank. Tom gave me the rundown of all the supplies so I included them in the description. They also do other gases too!

We recently used Gilmore liquid gas to order a nitrogen tank. I placed the order myself for our facility at the request of our lab manager. Our past experience with Airgas was "only X person can help you, you need to call X only" mind you X never answers the phone and it was an emergency. We finally get X on the phone and they say we'll deliver tomorrow, then okay missed it we'll deliver on the weekend, okay didn't do it we will deliver Monday. Our tenants were not happy about the constant changes. So then we sought a new vendor. I has a lot of questions and multiple people would answer the phone and all helped me and were extremely friendly. I started the order with one person and confirmed it with another no problem, everyone was on the same page. I wasn't pressured until a specific person could help me like their competitor. Than they delivered the next day just like they said they would. My lab manager was impressed and received the deliver himself. He felt the experience was great and the delivery man was also very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My lab manager said " this was a very good idea and experience". We are very happy with our new vendor and will be ordering long term. Thank you GILMORE!
