“I am very happy with my new kitchen, and I have Alex and his team at Kitchen By Design to thank for it. It was by chance I happened upon their store while visiting Sherman Williams next door for exterior paint. I stopped by unannounced and was warmly welcomed. Alex said he would come to my home the following day to take measurements. True to his word, he showed up on time, and within a day or two showed me a layout with a cost estimate that was within my budget, along with outlining the scope of work and writing up a contract. The estimated project time was three and a half weeks. I signed on the bottom line and the work began the following week. Alex was great to work with and was professional, and responsive to any of my questions or concerns. By having a storefront with an assortment of good quality, cabinets, tile, fixtures and fittings to choose from, I felt more comfortable working with Kitchen By Design vs other contractors that showed up at my home in a truck with a tape measure, notepad and a pencil behind one ear. Given I was not able to be on-site the entire time, technology played a huge part in keeping the project on track. Alex kept me up to date with progress. He got input from me when necessary, and the project completed on time. When I walk into my new kitchen, I still can't believe it's finished. “The upstairs shower in our condo blew an interior wall washer in the middle of the night (Saturday on a holiday weekend, of course) and I ended up having to shut down the water main and water heater in my PJs to keep from destroying the house. First thing Sunday morning I called F&M and spoke w their on-call service who then called Mike. I figured I was going to have to have the tile walls torn into and a major repair nightmare was imminent. F&M technician Santiago called me right back and was at my house within 30 minutes. After a very brief evaluation not only did Santiago assure me the fix was was relatively minor one, he had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. From the time he came to the door until I was writing a check was 45 minutes, tops. I am extremely happy with the level of professionalism and service this company provided and will recommend them to anyone in the Pasadena SGV area. Oustanding in every way!“

“We were referred to John Petti at Accurate Builders & Repair by our realtor when we bought our house 4 years ago. We were finally ready to embark on a kitchen renovation Fall 2019 and he was one of the contractors we sought out for a bid. John and his crew did an amazing job. In addition to a major kitchen renovation, we refinished our floors in the entire house, repainted the interior of the house, and replaced/added/rewired all the lighting in the house. “We finished a large remodel of our house with Tal and the LA Remodeling team in February of 2022 and could not be any happier with the results and the entire experience. Our house was built in 1935 and we wanted to open the space up by adding a small amount of new square footage and also refresh and update the entire house.
