This review is well over do... I called Best Forklift Services Inc. few weeks back. I spoke to them about a master cylinder seal that was leaking. The receptionist that helped me over the phone was very nice and helpful, we made an appointment for their technician to come and inspect our forklift for an estimate. Few days later the technician came and inspected the forklift, he was well aware of the information that I provided previously over the phone. The technician to pictures and ask questions. once everything was approved we set up a new appointment for the repair of the forklift. My forklift did not start. The dispatcher was helpful and very kind. Mike was the technician who fix up my forklift in no time, he is very knowledgeable. I'm very please that I hire them to fix my forklift.
