They installed a security door on the front of our apartment building, which provides very little security. It can open easily with either a coat hanger or a $15 tool from Amazon. We have been broken into twice and they will not respond and fix the door.

This is full service glass shop for your commercial or residential needs.The business is family run and been around for decades and unlike many of their competitors they fabricate frameless shower packages and mirrors in custom sizes from stock sheets of glass in house. I was in need of a custom frameless shower door unit for my bathroom remodel and met with Ziggy who handles the residential department. He coordinates glaziers to measure, fabricate and installs the product. I met with him one time and advised him of what finish of hardware, type of glass and thickness desired. He gave me the options and documented my material request. Ziggy sent two employess out to take final measurements of the opening sizes and the shop proceeded to miter, polish, fabricate hinge notches on the 1/2" starfire glass (low iron) and sent it out for tempering. Within five working days, two glaziers arrived to my residence and installed the three panels of custom fabricated tempered glass. Any other shop would have taken several weeks so the turnaround here was amazing!I'm super happy with the look of the frameless shower unit that Aital Custom Glass fabricated and installed in my master bathroom and highly recommend them!

Based on business practices and customer service. This is not a review of Aital's on-site work, or product. (As I could not get that far with them)I have been trying to get in touch with Aital for a week, to have some glass work done. I have used their 'contact us' form on the website, I have used the additional customer service email that they provide, and I have tried calling them directly. I have not received any responses, and their phone line does not even have a voicemail service.I'm not sure how anyone could run a business this way. If they don't care enough about their potential customers, then I do not care to be one.
