I have been going to see Dr. Z for years on and off, sometimes for tune ups to my ever shifting sacrum, or bc my spine aint in line, for beginners. At first, I wasnt really sure if her technique was for me, as it felt like a cha-chunk type of staple gun on my body, something I had never experienced before or understood well; so yea, I was skeptical, ironically, of NOT getting karate chopped or fooled into looking right when a doctor would turn your head left, hopefully adjusting you properly. Her technique WORKS and she is very thorough explaining why, where and how my challenges exist--and how to correct them. She has a pleasant professionalism and positive outlook on health and explains complicated stuff with everyday understandable analogies.She is consistent in her approach to gauge how I feel about my body, and then she goes to work. Beginning with her first question: "Where is your pain now, what percent?". And every time we finish our session, we go over each area that has been worked on AND comparing it to the previous sessions, so I get a feeling for whether I'm slipping on my path or progressing.Her room is cosy and clean, and a good vibe throughout the office as well. Try the technique, it and she are worth the trust!!
