I had to replace the 41 year old furnace in a place I just bought. The Furnace room did an incredible job. Very reliable - always appeared when they said they would appear. Did a tidy install, hauled away the old furnace and cleaned up after themselves. I love doing business with a local Santa Cruz Company that has been around a long time and will continue to be here for me. Would definitely use again and recommend. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I needed to upgrade the heating system for my home (which has no ducts) from my old, clunky, dirty, expensive propane heaters that barely kept the house warm at all in the winter. The Furnace Room gave me two options for my mini-split heat pump system (heating one bedroom or both) and the bids on each were very competitive with others I received. I visited their Soquel office to hear and watch the heat pump in action to make sure it was quiet and the controls were simple. The system took 2 days to install (they'd scheduled it for 3 just in case) and everything went very smoothly.
