“This husband and wife team can't be beaten. I bring my dry cleaning, alterations, and on occasion, clothing to press, plus my CalKing down comforters to clean for seasonal storage. I was happy to stroll by, near Covids' "pause," and find them still at it. Good people, good service that doesn't break the bank $$, with plenty parking, right next to Safeway on 41st.“

“This family run business is a staple for The WESTSIDE. We are loyal customers since 1995 - for laundering business shirts, dry cleaning household items (from vintage wool blankets to stuffed animals) and for all our dry cleaning needs. Their ability to hem jeans is awesome (separate price points for straight hem and for "original look" hem. The family is courteous land knowledgeable and completes all services in a timely manner. Westside GOLD in a green dry cleaning business!“

“Took some dry cleaning there and would've been ~1 week turnaround so went elsewhere. I would guess their business is primarily tailoring and they prob outsource the dry cleaning“

“Came in for a small sewing job on a heavy sweatshirt. Charged $10, got next day service. They used the right color thread to match the original and rest of the sweatshirt. Pro looking job. Service was helpful and pleasant. Store was bright and neat. I'll be back.“

“Dena saved my wedding, and my dress! She's a highly skilled seamstress who has the vision to see and explore possibilities outside the seams. I HIGHLY recommend. Another alterations person did a botch job on my wedding dress; with only two weeks until the big day, it was recommended by a second alterations person to buy another because fixing would be too big of a job, and maybe not possible. But not by Dena; Dena had the vision and confidence that she could fix my dress in time. She completely reconstructed the lace arms (adding extra fabric to a complicated lace pattern) and bodice/under-layer of my dress; I could lift my arms and my boobs didn't float like weird islands! She also saw that the bustle had been unevenly sewn and fixed with ease.If you're in a time crunch, do recommend proactively following up with Dena as she's a busy lady and things can move + shift in her day; a simple call in the morning to check-in did the trick for me![photo credits: @adrianewhitephotography]“

“I planned my wedding very late, and got my dress way later than I had hoped at Brides for a Cause in Sacramento. Holly agreed to help alter it on a very short timeline and the results were beautiful -- she took a dress that was a decent fit and made it perfect for me. She even added gorgeous extra lace from a previous project, which made what started as an average dress become totally stunning. Not only that, but she helped talk through other wedding details as I wrapped up the last stages of planning. I don't know what my wedding would have been like without her. So if you need someone who is reliable and very capable of working with alterations on a short timeline, I strongly recommend Holly!“
