Dr. Ravina made our horrible experience as gentle as possible, being both patient and considerate. We were allowed to have keepsakes of our baby and even sent us a note of condolences after. We really appreciated her demeanor and work

We had loved our wonderful cat for nine years - our children grew up with her and she was a treasured member of our family. After finding out she had lymphoma in multiple organs and and seeing her quality of life decrease rapidly, we made the choice to have Dr. Ravina come and assist with giving her a pain-free transition. Dr. Ravina was such a wonderful light in a gut wrenching situation. She was so kind, even when we answered the door already sobbing. While peaceful paws services are some of the hardest you'll have to deal with we found the experience was ideal for the situation. We talked through the process and allowed the time we needed both before and after the service was performed.
