I’ve had a couple of cranial sacral sessions with Meghan and they have been super helpful for my TMJ! Meghan actually put her hands in my mouth to release these areas of tension. I left with much more ease and relaxation in my jaws. Not to mention the rest of the session was incredibly relaxing and nurturing for my whole body. Meghan is super warm, kind, welcoming and you won’t regret booking a session with her!
