Yesterday I called Bellows to check my tankless water heater that was not heating. Today I first met with Peter, who confirmed that it was an electrical issue. A few hours later, Derik the electrician solved our problem. Both men were on time, courteous, communicative and efficient. Our bill was amazingly reasonable given the professionalism and time the 2 employees gave to our issue. I recommend Bellows whole- heartedly.
Jeremy couldn’t have been more friendly, knowledgeable or professional technician. He was such a pleasure to work with. And, for Bellows as a whole, thank you for standing behind your products. I’ve always had great experiences with you, but this one made me a customer for life.
Have used Bellows for electrical and plumbing issues for years. Had an electrical issue that shut my homes power off completely. Christa arrived today and was able to identify the issue almost immediately and was to able to identify and correct other issues during the same visit. The best of the best. Thanks Bellows and Christa for allowing me to get on with my life with the simple conveniences such as Wi-Fi, tv, heating, lighting, cooking and refrigeration??
