She had all of the tricks ready to go including videos, toys, spare play combs, etc. He was afraid of the clippers, but Paula was quickly able to change plans and did a complete scissor cut. “Patricia made the best with the bad situation that was my hair. I haven't cut it in a few YEARS, due to Covid, but I finally decided it was time after the damage couldn't be ignored any longer. My hair is very long, pretty fried from using heat, and has a lot of tension breakage. I told her that I would like to keep as much of the length as I can, but that I know she would have to cut a lot to get the dead ends off. She ended up giving me long layers, the shortest of which had about 8 inches cut off the bottom. I think it looks much much better now! She did a great job.“
