Amazing nurse practitioners. Big problems with the front office staff. Dr Cooper must have in his job description "Must be able to be rude and condescending in a moments notice. Snarkiness is required". Never have I experienced such rudeness in a doctors office. Extremely unprofessional.

I will return to Dr. Cooper. But "bedside" manner is not his forte.He seems competent and renders good treatment. But if you're looking for kindly, relaxed and personable care, you may be disappointed. Accept the treatment & be on your way. The front office personnel are not pleasant, welcoming & are just adequate.

Unnecessarily rude and curt staff. Called to enquire about an appointment and the process and it was as if the woman on the phone couldn't be bothered with such questions. Very derogatory and unpleasant interaction over such a simple request. If the tone in the office is that miserable I don't have faith they could provide adequate care to my or a loved one. Yikes.
