I contacted John, from Under the Pines Heating & Air in Sonora, about installing heat and air conditioning in our house. He met with me and thoroughly explained the different systems available. We decided on mini splits, he installed them in a timely manor and cleaned up everything after installation. He always returned my calls, answered all of my questions, and he did a wonderful job on the installation. He was very easy to work with and is a very nice guy. Our HVAC wasn't producing heat and we only found out Friday night! Luckily I was able to get in touch with Pines Heating, John was amazing, came to the property, quickly identified the issue, and the heat was up and running!
