It was great; my kids wanted a spur of the moment haircut, so we called Supercuts and were able to get an appointment for an hour later.Dejah did a fantastic job with my picky 8 year old, discussing his style choice with him, and really making sure he liked how it looked and felt. He is so happy.Dejah also did a wonderful job on my shy 4 year old, giving her a trim and getting rid of the last of the baby hair.We are super happy with our visit.

The owner called me personally to apologize! She didn't respond to my review on here or send me a email. she took the time to call & explain why the shop has different business hours weekly. When I left my review I didn't take into account that covid has fuxked small business everywhere but more importantly how it's effected the employees. They now have to do the job of 3 people on top of dealing with difficult customer. I'm changing my review bc I didn't take into consideration that covid has effected business everywhere & the fact that the owner called me personallyJust arrived at 440 to get haircuts for my daughter's and surprise... read full review

I guess there's a new policy that only accepts appointments. Anyway my haircut on 7-10-21 was not good. Really uneven in the back & I asked that the neckline be shaved & evened out - wasn't. She didn't ask to show me what the back looks like, or give me the hot towel on my neck that has always been so nice at Supercuts. I have always had great service - what a shame that this happened because now I have to find a new place to get my haircuts.
