My refrigerator went out over a hot weekend. Mark responded quickly over text, I explained what I thought would happened. He called me within 15 minuted to explain why I shouldn’t waste my money trying to fix my old refrigerator. By the end of an hour conversation he had explained every technical question i had and given me a few good options for which new refrigerator to purchase. He even looked up the one’s I was looking at hours later to make sure i purchase a good one, he even suggested a serge protector for the new one because the new electronics are so temperamental. I had a problem with my washer at our vacation home, as it stopped spinning called up Smith Appliance and spoke with Mark. I have a lockbox & Mark said this was fine as he does work frequently when clients are not home. He came out next day checked out the washer called & said he needed to order a part. The part came in the very next day. He went out to the cabin and repaired the washer and even sent me a video of the washer working properly. It was very convenient working with him. He emailed me an invoice. I paid my bill online. He kept me informed every step of the way if I ever have problems again I definitely be calling Mark Smith Appliance.

Mark was a a huge help to me when my washing machine broke down. He communicated well, asking great questions and offering knowledge that helped me to understand the process. I highly recommend Mark and will go back to him when i have a need. Thank you Mark!
