Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had, this guy is a thief and I highly advise against anybody using this company. Not only over priced but can’t even do things correctly and have to do it myself now anyway. Plus aside from all things left my vehicle unsafe to drive.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Unfortunately kens is like the 3 other mobile mechanics I've called that came up as the best in the area. Don't answer their phone and will not return my calls. I hate to say it but the laziest people ive ever seen happen to own sudo businesses around sonora. I've lived here for nearly 2 yrs now and I've managed to get 1 business to actually answer and be helpful and that was a windshield shop. Most either are too busy sitting on their butts or ignoring cust calls. Pretty sad when a guy who runs a mobile hot rod mechanic service won't return a phone call about working on a 70 chevelle with a 460 cu in big block. Don't get much more hot than that.

I called and spoke to Ken. He seemed like a really great guy. I told him I saw his ad on Facebook. He said he was booked up and business is good but for me to call him the next day so he could be in front of his calendar and would try definitely to fit me in. That was on a Friday. I got busy on Saturday and it slipped my mind. I called him on Sunday and left him a msg. Called again on Monday. He texted saying he was getting hair cut and would call me back about the work. Didn't hear back the rest of Monday and didn't hear Tuesday. On Wednesday morning I called and texted saying I'll make it real easy. If this is a job you don't want to do or is too advanced for your capabilities just text me so I can find someone else. Didn't hear anything Wednesday. Ken seemed like a good guy but i feel he is like a child who is peaking through the window but too embarrassed to answer the door. I seen on his Facebook post where he says he drove 90 minutes to fix a van in the rain. I couldn't even get him to return a text or a phone call and it's beautiful outside. If you want your car fixed I would look somewhere else. Ken drops the ball just dialing a number or picking up the phone. Then again maybe he's still getting his hair cut...‍. I'm giving him two stars just to be somewhat fair I guess.
