I got treated to a hot stone massage. I have had them before, but this one was different. large stones in a pile on my back? none laid out accordingly? should have just got the regular massage and slipped the additional charge for hot stone. massage was mediocre , a lot of rubbing in directions but not necessarily working out certain parts that needed it. kinda over priced for what I got lights were on music was kinda too upbeat. couldn't relax and she talked to me the first 30 mins. banging the rocks around, and the whole massage seemed rushed. I have had better experiences else where. even had to wait a few days to get an appt. positive note, her lotions and essential oils smelled great.

I started seeing Darlene about 6-7 years ago when I started college. I had muscle imbalances in my neck, chest and shoulders, which caused me to suffer from some horrible headaches and migrains. In desperation I called to make an appointment. She got me in right away and was very kind and professional. I have received massage therapy every two weeks from Darlene for nearly nine years. When we finish my hour-and-a-half session, I feel like my muscles are relaxed, more pliable and have more stretch than before. All my tension and stress is left behind on the floor under the massage table.
