John was a lifesaver when we had a security situation and he quickly responded to a call for help, arriving at 6PM on a Saturday after driving from Sonoma to the West County. We had tried others closer to home but no one was even answering calls on a Saturday afternoon. John Duffy is a life saver. I had a broken house key and I called this man at 8am on a Sunday morning. If anyone called me on a Sunday morning that early I probably wouldn't answer. I mean who would. But For him to answer and be so caring and flexible was amazing. I went from panic to at ease. Within minutes he not only fixed and made me one but two for backup. The keys he made worked better than the original. I highly recommend him. John Duffy is the man!! Thanks again. Happy Sunday!

I just phoned Sonoma Security Lock and told them about my situation. It would be a mobile call. I was told that because the key was a tube type key, they didn't have too much experience in picking this type of lock. They referred me to Wilson's Lock and told me that they had more experience in those types of locks. They also told me another option would be to drill it out and purchase a new lock but that would cost more than the mobile call. Thank you for being up front and not charging me for something you might not be able to fix. If needed again, I will contact you in the future.
