“Best value and service in Sonoma! I had a plumbing leak in the shower which could have been anything. The plumber diagnosed the problem as bad grout around the drain. Problem solved at a minimum cost. Honesty is best.“

“Brian Adams was able to quickly diagnose a problem that 3 other HVAC companies had failed to do. I had a heating duct that was disconnected from my furnace upstairs. The heat wasn't flowing through the ducts, but instead was heating up the floor itself. The previous company to come out said that fixing the problem would mean poking a number of holes into the ceiling to locate the problem and estimated that it would cost a couple of thousand dollars. They helpfully offered to charge me $10,000 (!) for a mini-split to work around the actual problem.I called Adams Heating and Cooling instead. Brian located the problem after about 10 minutes of inspection. He came back the next day and fixed it, making one small hole in the ceiling. He repaired the drywall and completely cleaned up after the job, which was easy because he didn't make much of a mess. Cost: $650! A long term problem has been solved, and I'm a happy customer for life!“

“5/5 stars all the way! Our fan motor on our heating system went out over the holiday weekend (of course) and Casey answered right away. Though there were not techs available that day (100% understandable given the holiday) he offered to have space heaters dropped off (incredibly generous). Yesterday morning first thing Boden tech showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know he'd do everything possible to get the replacement part asap. I thought asap would mean a few days, BUT he took the time during a very busy day to find what we needed from a distributor that had just one left, had it overnighted and came back today to install the new fan motor. I know very little about HVAC as this is my husband's domain (he couldn't be here) and everything that was being done was explained with patience and professionalism. Thank you Boden team for coming to the rescue within a miraculous turn around. A stellar company with stellar service.“
