“There are not enough stars to indicate how incredible our experience was with Gloria! We were in need of emergency alterations for my daughter's wedding skirt. The wedding was only two days from when we discovered that one area of her fitted skirt did not drape and lie properly on her body! And we were from out of town, and therefore had no idea as to where to go. We called a Bridal Alterations business, who was unable to do the alterations but referred us to Gloria at Tip Top. Gloria seemed hesitant at first, but then agreed to see what she could do. The final result (the next day!) was a skirt altered to perfection! We will always be thankful to Gloria for her kindness and expert alterations.“
