“This review is long overdue. My original hair stylist dyed my hair (almost) black - not a good look on me. My husband and I had to fly out to California the next day for our Anniversary celebration in Sonoma. No time to go back to the original stylist to fix. Victoria spent almost 8 hours fixing my hair, she was my savior. Honestly - I am beyond grateful, as she spent so much time helping me. It looked that bad - trust me. When I left Purely Sonoma I felt like me again and even better. Victoria worked wonders and I hope to go back when in Sonoma.“

I was invited to a wedding in Sonoma and I was afraid of what I would look like on the day of the party, because my hair is very curly and not everyone knows how to treat hair like mine. Plus the girls in the photos all have wavy hair so I was terrified at the thought of trying a new salon outside of my area.

Likewise with makeup, there are people who only have one style of makeup and apply it to all faces and that doesn't work all the time.

There was a short time since I only had an hour and a half to do the entire process.

My makeup artist and stylist decided to do my hair and makeup at the same time (which made me feel like a princess and I thank them deeply for that).

At the end of the process I couldn't believe what I saw in the mirror, “a Venezuelan Sofia Vergara”. It looked incredible and I was definitely the center of attention at the party. Thank you very much for your patience and attention. If you have a wedding in Sonoma, there is no better place than this! You will be my stylists on my wedding day.

“I usually get my haircut done at a barber but recently the price just has gone up. I have come to sunset salon about 5 times now and I get a high fade with a line up all the way around. They do a great job for the price and I don't think I will go back to the barber to pay 20 dollars more for what these amazing women can do. Highly recommend this place to everyone!“

“Linda did an excellent job last week with a color correction from another salon on my bright and a bit yellowy orange -like highlights! Im 51 with dark blond graying hair. She took me last minute and even took extra time testing a strand of hair. She toned it down with the perfect toner. My hair is soft and a beautiful natural looking color now!
