Our 6 trees had grown quite large and were in need of some serious structural work as well as shaping. The Bartlett team was up to the task! They walked me thru their plan for each tree before they started. They were all easy to talk to, and were happy to stop and explain what they were doing and answer all my questions as the work proceeded. They were very thoughtful about their approach with each tree, working smoothly and efficiently to reshape and strengthen each one for future health and growth. Our 50' oak tree was clearly in trouble, most likely due to an irrigation leak that had delivered too much water over a lengthy period of time underneath that tree. After the 2017 fire, we needed to replace the entire irrigation system, and the consultant for that work told us we were probably going to have go take the tree down. It was unimaginable to think of our back yard without that magnificent tree. Instead of taking it down, we called Bud Reeves at Bartlett Tree Experts, and he recommended a course of action that would save the tree. Bartlett has been providing a quarterly service regimen ever since, and this Spring our tree has truly blossomed for the first time in years. We don't bother with comparative estimates. You get what you pay for, and we certainly did!

Thought the service was responsive and good value. After we got burned out during the 2017 Nunns Fire, they took out almost 500 dead trees on our Glen Ellen property. Not a single problem or issue.
