Very professional in all their dealings with me but very personable at the same time. Doing your taxes is a very personal endeavor and the people from Ken to his staff are masters at their jobs and has done my taxes since 2001 so I know of what I speak.
I've been using this company for years. I'm really happy with their work, taking over a chore that, for me, I do not excel at nor enjoy. Friendly, reliable, and competent.
Great guy, great knowledge of taxes and very helpful in getting the best for YOU ! Seems like most tax people are concerned with themselves and with what the IRS wants. He takes the IRS seriously - but, He takes GREAT care of his customers !
