I am extremely impressed with the quality of service this business provided. My point of contact was Ricardo (owners son) he is knowledgeable, fast, and has great attention to detail. This review is far overdue but...well. Pandemic and all. In February 2020, I urgently called Mr. Ruiz to request short-notice cleaning of upholstered furniture on which a pet had had a disastrous accident. Solidly booked himself, he called upon his son Ricardo (himself swamped with family matters, as it later turned out) to do the job right away. Ricardo and his excellent truck-mounted cleaning unit arrived within two hours of my call! He was so pleasant, truly a delightful young man. And WOW, did he ever do a terrific job with my older sofa & loveseat, renewing them to BETTER than "before accident" condition. Working after usual business hours, too. Not only did our furniture look and smell WONDERFUL, but Ricardo even kindly applied a set of new slipcovers for me, no extra charge. As pet owners will know, often there is a lingering odor with even very good cleanings after the products dry. Not so here. The fresh clean scent is still there--months later (and with Ricardo's help, I learned how to apply those tricky new slipcovers). We've engaged many carpet & upholstery cleaners in the region over many years, but Rafael Ruiz Carpet and Upholstery are among the very best that we've ever used. I am so grateful to both of the Ruiz' for a rapid response and a job well-done. They are now on our permanent "call list" for future needs. Highly recommended!
