The clinical data keeps building in support of a correlation between strength training and lower odds of dementia and cognitive decline. My doctor suggested I add strength training to my exercise routines, so I looked for the closest option in hopes convenience would help me commit to the practice. Luckily, a friend suggested the Solana Beach Perfect Workout. It’s been a great experience all around. My hip strength is improved so I no longer ache after 3 miles walking. I have been going to PERFECT WORKOUT for at least three years. It has made a huge difference in my overall health. My last bone density scan improved… All the trainers are excellent. I have worked with several trainers over the years. Hats off to Debra, Diana, ViviAnne, and Michael.
I have been with the Perfect Workout since 2013. I found my perfect personal trainer who pushes me to the right limit. Love love love to work with Debra. I feel stronger and hoping to stay away from medication needs by doing weight bearing strength training as we age. ❤️
