Worst company we have dealt with. They were totally unable and unwilling to work with us on scheduling and created a huge mess. I would not recommend working with them ever. Best to be avoided.

Avoid this company !! I bought a house and was contacted to fix a leak in the roof. After originally saying "nothing wrong with it" they have identified cracked tiles, yet failed to fix it or even turn up a further 6 times!! The pick up they hired was parked outside my house for 5 hours today, the poor driver froze to death, and they couldn't even be bothered to let them know when they would be coming! Shame on you! Always an excuse and never communicate unless chased. Stay well away from them! They give very bad service. I would be very happy not to work with them. They disturb the working hours. Avoid it.

We worked with Thomas to conduct remodel work on our home in Encinitas. The job consisted of two major phases. First was a focus on the upstairs with a remodeling of the master bathroom and adjusting closets in two bedrooms and installation of a door and windows downstairs. This portion of the work was done remotely (with us still in washington DC) while the house was empty. The communication process and updates for us could not have been better. Thomas would send pictures, do video calls and let us know scheduling of tradesmen so that we could know when finish products had to be on site.
