I am a triathlete and was looking for a new massage therapist. Kristi is very knowledgeble, professional and is an athlete herself, making it very comfortable for me to trust her. I'll bet back!

Kristi is the most amazing massage therapist. She understands the workings of the body, and can identify and fix structural problems which greatly relieves pain. I was in an ATV accident and very sore a couple of days afterward. She spent 80 minutes on me and I am walking with so much less pain a day later - not even close to limping like I was before I saw her. She also humorously identified what was “ATV pain” vs. my usual “stress pain.” I feel like a new person 24 hours later. I highly recommend San Diego Athlete Massage as your only go-to massage therapist.

Kristi is awesome. As an athlete herself, she knows how to work on sore muscles, while at the same time creating a very relaxing atmosphere that may put you to sleep ;-)
