I had a slight issues and was a bit disappointed but the owner really stepped up and showed her appreciation for my business and corrected the issue. That sort of customer service is detrimental for repeat business which i will be giving them from this point on.

I just had a very bad experience here. A sweater of mine was dry cleaned but they tried to remove a stain and it created a hole in the garment. I was upset by this clearly, and they charged me full price. They didn’t offer to fix it or reduce the cost, heck should’ve just not charged me for it - that would’ve been the right thing to do. I had another item which they didn’t clean because they said it had holes in it. So they asked if I still wanted it cleaned and I said yes. I also asked them to fix the hole from the original garment, and they were hesitant to do it, but they said they’d do it for $20. I took my prom dress to be altered here, however when I got the dress back the silk belt was missing. So I went back and asked about it and was very quickly shut down and told to come back Monday. I had school, so my mom went back Monday and was told to come back Tuesday. My mom came back Tuesday and the seamstress did not check to find the belt and told my mom she was 100% certain there was no belt on the dress and she did not take any blame for the missing piece. A couple hours later, the seamstress called and said she found the belt.
