December 2023 - They destroyed my coat and couldn't even manage to call me back. I wanted the sleeves on a brand new raincoat shortened. It wasn't a difficult job. The seamstress took the measurements and it seemed simple. Well, she managed to take an extra 2 inches off the sleeve so the coat is ruined. The owners were contacted and apparently can't manage to call me back. I'm tired of small businesses telling me how I need to "shop local". It doesn't work if you can't at least acknowledge a mistake and make it right. So terribly disappointing.

Truly an awful experience, my expensive Zimmerman dress was ruined. It was fine when I took it in, All it needed was a cleaning and instead I got it back full of little holes throughout the top linen fabric of the dress AND pearls from the small detailed embellishment had missing pearls. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, and insisted the garment was already in this condition. I will absolutely never take another garment here and I highly suggest you steer clear if you care at all about your clothing!
