“Had a makeup application with Alexandra, with assist from Kathy. I told her that I wanted something very natural for a wedding. This salon uses extremely good products. Alexandra consulted with me to make sure that I was comfortable with what she was doing as I told her that I do not normally wear makeup. I attended the wedding and felt comfortable the whole time because I never felt that my makeup was overdone. I also ended up getting a blowout which allowed me to relax before getting dressed instead of doing my hair on my own. The salon has very good energy. I'm so happy that I picked this salon! “This is really I have found to be one of the best nail salons in the solana beach, Del Mar and encinitas area. They have very good customer service. I have always felt that they treated me well and respected my time. So many nail salons in the area treat you like a number and expect you to wait an hour on a pre arranged appointment. They do not do that ever! I appreciate that. Kim is always very nice and a good manager. The pricing is a bit more than other places in the area, but it is worth it to me to have good customer service. Some nail techs are better than others. I just had an acrylic gel fill with Linda and she did a good job. She actually took the time to do a base coat and top coat and many nail techs want to bypass it. As far as nail art, longevity of the nails if getting acrylic etc....it depends on your nail tech. Overall I really like the people working there in general- but like I said it depends on the nail tech. Kim does a good job with customer service and so do many of the nail techs.“

Her 2-woman shop is clean, adorable, bright and never has that chemical nail smell, which is something very important to me. A friend recommended Angeliz Nails to me, so we decided to try it out without an appointment. We were greeted warmly and served immediately. The salon is well-staffed, clean, and bright. The massage chairs were comfortable and looked new, and the selection of nail polishes was impressive. All the nail technicians were friendly, chatty, and offered us beverages. Overall, it was a great experience. My pedicure was flawless, and the nail tech took her time, so I didn't feel rushed. I can't comment on the quality of their gel manicures, but I'll definitely try one on my next visit“
