Erica is the best! I definitely recommend her. I schedule a 90 minute massage once a month and feel it's one of the best things I can do for my overall health. It's not a luxury but rather a therapeutic necessity. I go to the gym and walk, then do a lot of sitting at my computer for work. I'm 70 and want to maintain my excellent health. Massage moves the energy, drains the lymphatic system and works out any tension or tightness in my muscles. Thanks to Erica I feel great!

My husband bought me a 60 minute massage for the holidays. I've been going through a lot lately and thought to myself, it's time to get that massage! Well, it was just wonderful!! I left feeling like jello. Erica definitely knew what she was doing and I am so happy I found her. Also, for me the location was perfect as it is in Solana Beach. I WILL be back. I do want to mention one "little" thing that has nothing to do with the quality of the massage, but still needs improvement. When you are in the waiting room, there are tea bags and hot water for your enjoyment. The tea bags were very hard to open, and the hot water ran out on me. Also, some of us like a little sugar, stir sticks, and even a little cream with their tea. It might be me, but I couldn't find any of the things mentioned, and to make it less of a struggle, you might want to cut a small slit in each tea bag package to make it easier to open.

I've been getting massages from Erica for about a year, roughly once a month. I started with a couple of sessions and now I'm halfway through my second package of 90 minute massages. She's great and I'm really happy I found her. I've had massages from dozens of therapists over the past couple decades and she's my favorite - definitely a tier above everyone else. Her massages are very therapeutic and as she's working on you, you can tell she really understands anatomy and body structure. Scheduling: it's been very easy to schedule massages with her via text. She responds quickly and is very accommodating and easygoing. Price: The package deals are a great value. I've been doing the 90 minute massages. I used to always do 60 minute massages because I thought 90 minutes was too expensive and too indulgent, but I've found that 90 minutes is really the way to go. Erica: She's nice and always asks at the beginning of every session if there is anything she needs to know or if there is a particular spot/issue that you want her to work on. Location: Pretty convenient off Lomas Santa Fe. The only negative I would say about massages here is that the walls are very thin and you can sometimes hear the other therapists voices in the hallway. Sometimes it's a little irritating, but I can't even ding her a star for that because I like everything else about her so much. Massage: She's a total professional and totally knows what she is doing in terms of deep tissue work and addressing the sources of tension or asymmetry in the body. I have seen SO many various therapists and practitioners over the last 16 months because of a badly broken leg and multiple surgeries, and Erica is just a star and has helped me so much as I rebuild muscle and regain mobility. And on top of being therapeutic, the massages are totally comfortable and relaxing. Thank you, Erica!
