Would give zero stars if I could! Half a million dollars and 2 years later. They promised me 6weeks turnaround and a beautiful home. We were so patient with their timeline knowing they were having problems with their contractor. Finally comes the day for the big reveal. The furniture we ordered was not all there and they did not get the vision we discussed at all. If you work with multiple designers at this firm beware they do not communicate. When I asked Kari why they repurposed rooms and replaced the furniture I ordered with things I have never approved, she gaslighted me and said "listen to your voice, I can't work with you anymore" meaning an easy way to get out of making the customer satisfied. She says she thinks she did a good job. Well, hate to break it to you I am the customer and it is my home. You gave it one try and you are done because I don't like it?? Sooo... half a million dollars later and 1.75 years late. I get nothing except attitude from an egotistical designer. Lovely! Save your time and money this has been an absolute nightmare!!
