We bought a home from Hallmark several years ago. After several months the asphalt driveway started developing some cracks. After a bit of back and forth trying to agree on a solution, Hallmark Communities agreed to replace the entire driveway with new concrete. To say the least we were very pleased. The demo of the old asphalt and pour of new concrete by the subcontractor Gabe was completed quickly and to our high standards. Most companies would not have taken on this much of an expense to take care of one of their customers. We are very grateful to Hallmark Communities for taking care of us.
