Curtis pinpointed the issue in 15 minutes, just a poorly wired outlet. Fixed just as quickly and for a very reasonable price! He also helped us locate a 20A outlet to run a small air conditioner to get through the heat wave, showing genuine concern for our well being. Highly recommended!
