Our roof was done in a timely manner and the workmanship looks good. Just be aware that once the current roofing is removed and damage is found it's a whole new ballgame which is when cost per plywood sheet kicks in. Make sure that cost per sheet is added to your bid. There was some billing discrepancies from the supplier that brought up some questions that were not adequately answered as well.
